Dr. Farzad Farahmand completed his undergraduate studies in the field of Cellular and Molecular Biology, with a B.A. degree from California State University, Northridge. He completed his graduate studies with a Doctrate degree is in Chiropractic from Life Chiropractic College West.

In addition, he has received extensive training from his father, Dr. Salar Farahmand, on Homeopathic Medicine, Auriculotherapy, Gemmotherapy and Supplement Therapy. His father, Dr. Salar was one of the world's leading researchers in the field of Homeopathy. He passed away unexpectedly on September 14th, 2009. In addition to his formal training in the field of Homeopathic Medicine, Dr. Farzad considers himself fortunate for having had his father as his mentor. His father fully taught him his treatment approach and protocol.

Years before his Dr. Salar's passing, Dr. Farzad recalls his father telling him his purpose for teaching him his knowledge and experience. Dr. Salar wanted to make sure that his legacy would continue after he was no longer living. He has handed Dr. Farzad a great responsibility. He considers fulfilling this responsibility as a great honor and an opportunity to continue his father's passion and the treasures he has left behind for humanity.

Dr. Farzad has been managing many of his father's patients, both before and after his passing. The focus of his practice is in the area of General Homeopathy with an emphasis on Mental Health. In addition to Homeopathy, Dr. Farzad uses many other safe and effective alternative treatment modalities and protocols, including Amino Acid Therapy, Gemmotherapy, Chiropractic Adjustment, Auriculotherapy, and more.

 

Dr. Farzad's approach to Chiropractic spinal manipulation is soft and gentle, combining the use of instruments together with Manual Trigger Point Therapy, to achieve optimum results. He is a deep believer in achieving and maintaining wellness.

Dr. Farzad, as he prefers to be called, practices in Southern California in the city of Calabasas.
